Have no fear. New energy is here.

I feel that these recent energy waves, specifically one that came through yesterday are extremely significant. Since my awakening some words have taken on a whole new meaning or depth and the word significant is one of them.

Another is absolute. When I say that word it is because I believe that there are no 2 ways about something.

So here’s the thing: reality is changing as we know it. Some of you may not have experienced it yet – but be assured that eventually you absolutely will.

There are varying degrees of the energies activating around people and some are more extreme and obvious than others.

My house is always extremely “lit up” with energy and sensitives who come here can feel it before they even get here and extremely well when they are here.

It drains every battery in and around the house over and over including vehicles. Computers, cameras, phones and anything involving electricity seem to have a mind of their own.

My phone is affected the most with my pictures disappearing almost immediately after I take them and they have for over a year now. The picture will show up for about a half a second and then the colors of it will start sliding sideways on the screen and then it goes grey and you can’t see anything. I’ve changed out my phone 3 times trying to solve this and have finally come to accept it.

My television one day wanted to watch an episode of “Supernatural” while my daughter and I both tried to put on “Mulan” for my granddaughter. The channel would not change. We even turned it off and on again and both of us tried.

The tv has also turned itself on at 3 a.m. with the volume all the way up on an old scary movie.

There are orbs that can be seen on every camera and recording in and around my house.

There are cold spots in the house and times when the heater acts weird and also when my ears ring and buzz louder than usual. I also feel pressure on parts of my body that make no sense.

I’ve had weird things happening to my bank accounts (not good things unfortunately) and other accounts lately that concern me because that’s going too far. Lol. When I call with a problem to any of the companies I hear the same response “This is really weird.” Or “That’s never happened before.”

None of this is said to strike fear. It is meant to be a P.S.A.

It’s so that when things like I speak of happen to you – that you don’t panic or fear it. I went through a traumatic awakening that was the scariest thing I can imagine still to this day. The biggest reason being my lack of knowledge or understanding.

If you can hear and accept the fact that the world has shifted and that you are part of that shift, your transition will hopefully be better than mine.

It’s going to take some time for the full effect of what’s happening to take place and also knowledge of the what, where and why will become available. Until then, have no fear. New energy is here.

Back to Basics

For years I have had a thought in the back of my mind to buy land somewhere, go off grid and take my family and friends with me. We’ll have our own little community of love and respect. We’ll mostly live off the land and gardens that we share and we will have no need for electronics or modern technology. It’ll be so pure and satisfying…

Then I wake up and realize that, unfortunately, that’s not reality. So, I came up with ten ways to feel like I’m making a difference and getting back to basics that are actually achievable in everyday life.

1 – Gratitude.

The easiest way to recognize what you already have and reduce the need for more stuff is by being grateful.

2 – Au Naturale.

Whether it’s your food or your body – go simplistic. Go back to the basic food groups and quit the contouring and primping for a day or 2.

3 – Go Green.

Drop the chemicals and pick up Pinterest. Apple cider vinegar, baking soda, and rubbing alcohol can fix and clean almost everything. Drop the plastic bottles and pick up reusable bottles. Reuse and recycle. Waste not, want not.

4 – Wi-Fi free zones

Have a space in your house that’s wi-fi free, like the dinner table, and have a conversation in person instead of on the phone.

5 – Go outside

Simplify your date night. Plan a hike or a walk in the park. Ditch the phones and screens for a while and hold hands instead.

6 – Be a Good Example

Work on showing the world the most beautiful part of you – your compassion and kindness. It’s contagious.

7 – Downsize

Start with your purse and just keep on purging.  Never hurts to clean out your beloved spaces and let go of things that are unnecessary or unused. Donate to a local charity and go one step further.

8 – Try exercise

Exercise is just as important as drinking water for our bodies, and getting into a routine that is attainable for you can help lift your mood and your health. Try taking up a yoga class, kickboxing, water aerobics. Even just a walk outside in your free time can be so beneficial for your health!

9 – Be creative

Try taking up a hobby that isn’t just watching a television show or scrolling along on social media. Pick up a book that seems interesting, practice some artistic skills, pick up a pencil or keyboard and give writing a try!

10 – Meditation and mindfulness

One of the most relaxing ways to get back to basics is to try meditation and mindful thinking. Take even just a few minutes out of your day to just sit, relax, and focus on your breathing. You may find that you feel so much more refreshed in both your mind and body.

These are just some ways that you can get back to basics and ground yourself in everyday life. If you have any other comments or suggestions, feel free to add your own!  Love, light, balance, and namaste!

What you seek – you will find

“Seek and ye shall find.” Just about everyone has heard this before and it comes from the King James version of the bible in Matthew 7:7-8.

“Be careful what you wish for – because you just might get it.” That one is relating back to an ancient Chinese proverb.

“Don’t go looking for trouble because you just might find it.” Based on Proverbs 11:27 that states “He who searches out good finds favor but evil will come to him who seeks it”.

My point being: We create our own reality. What you look for, you will absolutely find. If you go looking for negative things – you’ll absolutely find them. Likewise for positive things.

Also, what you seek may not be right for you and you’ll only know that when you get it. Being mindful of your wants and desires and recognizing why you desire them matters so much.

You can honestly manifest anything your heart desires into reality with belief and faith.

So I ask you to be consciously aware of your answer – what is it you seek??
